↘︎ Conditions for the 48-Hour Reward Guarantee:
1. Reward Within 48 Hours of Request
The 48-hour window starts from when you request your reward. However, the reward must also be approved by our Risk Department as part of the process. This approval is necessary, and the promotion only applies if all rules are adhered to. If any rules are violated, we do not guarantee that you will receive your reward to your wallet in 48-hours or the 100% profit split.
2. Verification or Clarification Requirement
If a verification call or additional clarification is necessary, we do not guarantee the 48-hour reward. In such cases, you will receive an email with a link to schedule the call or a request for clarification. Since the timing depends on your availability or response, any delays in completing the verification or providing clarification might result in a delay of the reward as well.
3. No Weekend Reward
The 48-hour guarantee applies to business days only. If you request a reward on a Friday or over the weekend, the process will start on the following business day.
If all conditions are met, we guarantee a reward within 48 hours, or you will receive a 100% Profit Split if we fail to meet the deadline.
Example:
Let’s say you request your reward on Friday at 20:00 CET (Central European Time). Since the 48-hour guarantee applies to business days only, the countdown pauses over the weekend and resumes on Monday at 00:00 CET. This means we have until Tuesday at 20:00 CET to meet the 48-hour reward deadline.
This guarantee refers to receiving the reward directly in your account wallet in your Dashboard.
