📅 Customer Support & Other Department Availability

Our Customer Support and internal departments will be temporarily unavailable on the following dates due to Christmas and New Year holidays:

  • January 1, 2026

During these days, live chat and ticket support from e-mails will not be operating.

Please be aware that any reward requests or withdrawals will not be processed during this period.
