Verification Calls – All You Need to Know

In some cases, we may ask you to join a verification video call. This is not a standard step for all traders — it only applies to a small number of accounts. But if you are selected, the call is mandatory and must be completed before we proceed with the next steps (such as account upgrades or reward payments).



✅ Why Do We Ask for Verification Calls?

As a company, we are legally required to verify who we are entering into a contract with or sending rewards to.
We may also need to confirm certain details about your trading activity or ask questions about your strategy.

Please note: These situations are rare, and we do not share the exact reason for the call in advance.



📅 When Do We Ask for It?

Verification calls may be requested:

  • Before upgrading your account to Master, or

  • Before sending a performance reward

In some cases, we may ask for a call outside of these situations if needed.

We cannot proceed with upgrades or payments until the call is completed.



📌 Rules for the Verification Call

If you are asked to book a call, here’s what you need to know:

1. Book your call within 48 hours.
You don’t have to take the call immediately, but you must schedule it within 48 hours of receiving our email.

2. Join the call yourself using the Google Meet link.
You’ll receive this link in your confirmation email. The call is not done via phone — you must join the Google Meet link at the scheduled time.

3. Use a laptop or PC with a stable internet connection.
Phones are not recommended. Be ready to share your screen if asked.

4. Be on time.
If you miss the call without cancelling 24 hours in advance, we may consider it as non-cooperation.

5. Choose from available time slots only.
We don’t offer custom call times. The sooner you book, the more options you’ll see.

6. The call will be recorded.
Recordings are stored securely in line with our Privacy Policy.



⏳ Still Waiting for a Reward or Account Upgrade?

If you have a pending reward or are waiting to be moved to a Master account, the verification call must be completed first.

This step is not required for every trader, but if it applies to you, it’s mandatory.

We will not proceed until the call is done.
