​🎅 Support Availability:

Our support team, usually here for you 24/5, will take a short holiday break on December 24th, 25th, and 26th. Don’t worry—we’ll be back on December 27th to assist with any queries. Also on 1st of January our support will not be available.

🎁 Backoffice Operations:

During the Christmas holidays (December 24th–26th) and New Year (1st of January), our backoffice—including the risk department, account upgrades, and payout approvals—will also be taking a break. Requests made during this time will be processed starting December 27th and 2nd of January respectively.

Since December 28th and 29th fall on the weekend, and with potential bank holidays, payouts and other processes may experience slight delays. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
